I grew up in the Arizona desert where my art was inspired by the harsh creatures and jagged landscape. I graduated from University of Arizona in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts.  I’ve worked in various mediums from sculpture and installation to video and murals. My work draws upon sacred traditions from all over the world. My primary mode of expression is through graphic novels, which I write and illustrate myself. My series, Rites of Dionysus, explores the spirituality of queer people in the uncertainty of our times. My work has also been published in Radical Faerie Digest and Alphabet: A Queer Comics Anthology.
